Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will the tower fall over?
No, and we plan on keeping it that way. Care must be taken but don't worry, that's why we have our VIP bollards and are super obsessed with where we place the tower.
  • How many bottles of champagne does it need?
It depends on your chosen package however for our GOLD package for example we recommend 10-15 bottles.
  • How do I pour?
We always recommend from the top but we have seen many ways and they all seem to work!
  • Has it ever fallen down?
No. We are are so proud of this and considering we have set up hundreds of towers big and small we love the fact that not one has fallen down. But we always say, if one did - what a photo op!
  • What's the biggest tower you have done?
We did three 8 tier towers (240 glasses each) at Adelaide Oval with an hour to set up.
  • At what part of an event is the best time to pour?
We always recommend the first quarter of a wedding or event.
  • Can we have the champagne tower outside?
You sure can. However, we always ask you for a plan B just in case of inclement weather.
  • Do we have to have a large package to cover a number of guests?
No, our most popular tower is our GOLD package. This has 91 glasses and 6 tiers. Most weddings and events are around 100 guests and not all will have a glass. If you are wanting to cover a number of guests we can always supply additional glasses to come out as tray service while the tower is being poured. We are always happy to work with clients with alternatives.
  • Can we use our own table?
This depends, we have full confidence with our set up. Spill tray, even enough space between each glasses and edge over the top. Our set up fits with almost all concepts but we are happy to chat about other options.
  • Can we use flowers/cloth hanging from the table top?
Sure, we are happy to talk about options.
